摘要

本设计题目为冲孔落料正装复合模运动仿真设计，体现了带窄凸缘筒形零件的设计要求、内容及方向，极有设计意义。通过对该零件模具的设计，进1步丰富了本人冷冲模设计的基础知识，为今后设计更复杂的冲压模具做好了铺垫并获得了更丰富的经验。

本设计应用冲压工艺及模具设计的基础知识，首先分析了制件的形状及生产可行性，为公道选取冲压工艺方案做好准备；然后估算了落料毛坯的体积，便于排样；最后分析模具结构，肯定模具的设计参数、设计要点及卸料装置的选取。

Thetopicofthedesignisashieldproducedbycompoundblankinganddrawingdies,itisaccordingtotherequirements，thecontents，alsothedirectionsofcylindricalpartwhichhasanarrowflange.Anditisofgreatsignificance.Throughingthediedesignofthispart,myfoundationknowledgeofdiedesignwasenrichedalot.Itwillbehelpfulformylater'sdie-designingwhicharemoredifficult,inaddition,Ihavegaincountlessexperience.

Thedesignusingblankingtechniqueandfoundationknowledgeofdiedesign,firstbyanalysisingtheshapeofthepartandfeasibilityofproducing.Allhavedonearemakingpreparationforreasonableselectionofblankingtechniquescheme.Thencalculatedthevolumeoftheblankflat,soitissimpleforlayoutdesigning.Finallyanlysisedthediestructure,confirmedthediedesigningparameter，designingessencesandselectingtripper.
